History

Your progress session by session: what really changed, who you looked like, before and after side by side, your stroke collection and the AI’s notes.

On this page

Every session you scan lands in your History by itself. With two or more sessions you see what really changed: your scores session by session, before and after side by side, and who you looked like then and now.

Getting there#

  • History in the top bar, next to the player.
  • Your progress on the home screen.
  • See your history at the bottom of the Session tab’s results.

The history belongs to the current player and shows one kind of stroke at a time: pick Backhand, Forehand or Serve at the top (each with its number of sessions).

The history: the summary at the top and one chart per number, session by session.

Like with like#

Body positions change with where you filmed from. So when you have sessions filmed from more than one place, the history shows one camera at a time: pick a Camera (side, behind or front) to see only the sessions filmed from there. By default, the one with the most sessions.

Summary#

The main number uses your session score or consistency, never your similarity to a professional. With only one session, the summary describes your starting point. If an older analysis contains only a pro comparison, scan the session to obtain technique and consistency scores. Style comparisons remain available further down.

The headline compares your latest session with your first: “Your score went up from 62 to 71 since 3 September”. It carries a label:

  • a real change: the difference is larger than what normally changes from one session to the next.
  • within the noise: the difference is small; it could be down to the day, the camera or which strokes came up.

Below, the list of what changed between your first session and the latest, clear changes only.

Over time#

One chart per number, one point per session: Scores (score, technique, consistency, match with your closest pro), Your numbers (your stroke’s seven numbers) and The ball (if you calibrated the court). Hover the ⓘ on each chart for what it measures, or read What the numbers mean. Each session is dated by the video file’s date: for phone videos, the day you filmed.

Who you look like#

The pros your stroke resembled most in each session, and your recommended model: “You looked most like Tsitsipas; now it’s Dimitrov”. A few points up or down mean little: it’s a style hint.

Before and after#

  1. Pick two sessions. By default, the first and the latest.
  2. Compare. You see each one’s typical stroke at three moments (backswing, contact, finish), who it looked like, what there was to work on and a table of every number and its change: improved, got worse, changed or within the noise.
  3. Watch them side by side. Watch side by side opens both typical strokes in Compare, synced phase by phase and paused at contact. Step frame by frame to walk through both swings together.
Before and after: two sessions’ typical strokes, their numbers and the button to watch them side by side.

Strokes: the collection#

Your strokes saved in the cloud, session by session: each scan’s typical stroke and the ones you uploaded by hand. Open one to analyse it, or tick two and press Compare the 2 selected to watch them side by side.

The stroke collection: your cloud strokes, session by session.

AI notes#

What the AI coach told you in each session: the summary and priorities of each stroke review, with a link to open the session.

AI progress review#

Review my progress with AI asks the AI to read the numbers of your latest sessions (up to 8) for this stroke and tell you what improved, what stalled or got worse, the priorities for the next two weeks, what to keep doing and how much to trust all that. It sees only the numbers on this page, never your video.

It needs at least two sessions of the stroke, takes 20 to 60 seconds and counts as one of the month’s AI requests. Earlier reviews are kept.

Practice#

Your practice plan and drills for what your latest session says.
